Supreme Court of India orders Samay Raina, four influencers to apologize for mocking disabilities

India’s top court has ordered comedian Samay Raina and four other influencers to issue public, unconditional apologies for mocking people with disabilities, including those with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. The bench told them to suggest penalties they can pay toward treatment for rare diseases. The Attorney General was asked to help draft guidelines for offensive content on social media.
